LVAC members march in the annual Fourth of July parade.
LVAC's highly-trained EMTs and paramedics were on stand-by for the entire Fourth of July weekend celebration in downtown Lancaster.
Crews responded to a variety of first aid calls and ensured the safety of all residents and guests during the event. In addition, LVAC members reached out to the community at its information tent, which offered stroke awareness tips and handled membership inquiries.
LVAC's new EMS bike team was highly visible during the event. Its quick response time to requests for first aid make the bike squad a valuable asset at a time when large crowds are present.
