LVAC contributed five ambulances and its paramedic-level fly car to the town’s annual motorcade to Lancaster High School where the Redskins took on rival Depew in football. And two of the ambulances were called to respond to medical emergencies before the motorcade even left its starting point at William Street School.

The motorcade was filled with decorated buses, cars, trucks and undecorated emergency vehicles with lights flashing and sirens screaming. Students danced before heading to the high school. The Redskins have a 47-30-6 lead in the series that began in 1919.
