“Once again LVAC has been most helpful to [my wife] and me. She reached out for support to a chair in the bedroom. Unfortunately the chair moved and did not give her the expected support. She then fell to the floor. I could not pick her up without hurting her or straining myself. A call to 911 was all I could do. The dispatcher was wonderful and said she would send over the LIFT ASSIST TEAM. Within 5 minutes they arrived and did a marvelous job at calming my wife and lifting her onto the bed. She was not injured and comforted by the way your guys talked to her. I regret I did not get the last names of Jim and Jason but they were great.
